My wife and I relocated to Florida in 2024, and on the recommendation of longtime friends, we connected with Realtor Harvey Dubov for assistance. Let me tell you, without Harvey, we would never have moved from our previous home. After being on the market with another agent for a year, we were about to give up. I met Harvey through a friend who agreed to take on the sale of our property, even though it was quite a distance from his office. He sold it in 8 weeks and also found us the perfect property to move into. The man is a GENIUS!

Harvey expertly knows how to sell homes in the Valencias and other gated communities in Palm Beach County. He has the right touch with potential buyers and knows how to make the deal happen. He sold our home within about a month of listing. Every potential buyer was real. Harvey advised how we should prep the home for showings and it worked.
